What A Day

Today was quite the day. It was hectic and busy and to top it off I got a new watch! (I'm obsessed) So much to share I don't know where to begin so I guess I'll start with cupshakes...Today I discovered magic in a shake.....cupshakes, a cupcake in a shake.

I tried giving up sweets this week, but obviously I failed. Failed miserably at it today I might add. I went to the Sweeth Tooth Fairy with my pals Olivia and Maddy. So after minutes of deciding I picked a Oreo cupcake and then they put it in a blender with ice cream and made a cupshake! Sooo stinking good. Like my mouth is still watering.

In other news, I also discovered a pro (or con?) of student council. Haven't quite decided which one yet so I'm gonna go with pro.

I spoke in front of the entire junior and senior class at the prom assembly today. I wasn't all that nervous cause I was just talking about the fashion show and announcing each couple. I heard though that once you have that microphone in your hands it does funny things to you and you suddenly forget who you are. Thankfully that was not the case, it was actually fun. Public speaking isn't so bad! Joining student council this year was one of the best decisions I've made. Definitely would not have done a fraction of the things I've done this year without it. I've seriously gotten the coolest, most fun experiences out of it. And I've totally made friendships with the coolest people that I never would have gotten to know.

Friendships such as the one I have with my beautiful co-spirit commissioner Joelle! And boy is she moving on to bigger and better things, she is Student Body President next year at Red Mountain! She ROCKS and I would not have wanted any other spirit commissioner besides her because she is seriously the best partner in spirit :)

Also REALLY big news!! One of my best friends Lindsey is now NINETEEN YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!! That's one year away from being in her twenties!! She goes to NAU but she came down this weekend since today is her birthday. So fun and so exciting! I just love the Sutton girls so much! And naturally we went to Zoyo to celebrate! We go everytime Lindsey comes down and it is definitely one of my fave traditions I have in life.

Seriously needed this today. I'm so quilty of this, it's bad. Ahhhhhhgnveilanejngohlalkakglhlngan..... life can be hard. This is something easier said than done. My goal everyday (because I constantly have to start over) is this. So here's to starting it again!!!
